Methods of Payment 
Online - We accept payment for online orders by Visa, Master Card, Discover
or Pay-pal.
Phone - Phone orders may be paid by credit card or direct money wire from your bank (call for information about sending a money wire payment). We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Catalog Purchases - You may pay by credit card, money order or by personal check. We ship when payment transaction clears our bank.
Fax - At this time, we do not accept fax orders.
Shipping/Handling
We ship US Postal Service for all shipments in USA and to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands.
All shipments are insured for full value. USPS Shipping: Purchases of $100 and over will be sent with a delivery signature confirmation receipt.
Customers will be charged standard or ground shipping/handling costs for US Postal (or other similar carrier) shipping.
Customers may request 2nd day air or overnight services as well. These costs will be added to the Total Order Amount, and, as can be expected, will be higher than regular ground service.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
We will accept all returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are received with the original tags, packaging and paperwork. We are happy to provide a replacement item. Cost of return post is the responsibility of the customer.
*Custom Design Order items cannot be returned.*
Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. Please call or e-mail us for a RA# before shipping. All returns must be properly packaged, and have a valid RA# prominently written on outside of the box. No returns on any item after 30 days!
25% Re-Stocking Fee charged (on value of items before discounts) when we receive any Unauthorized Return. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be authorized and returned freight prepaid. Unauthorized returns will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee .
REFUNDS
We stand behind our guarantee of workmanship. Monetary refunds will be given only when an item fails to meet our professional standards of workmanship. Breakage or malfunction caused by customer will not be reimbursed.
EXCHANGES
Customers may exchange items within 30 days of receiving initial order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax, if applicable, will be computed at the time you place your order.
Retail orders delivered to any address in the State of Missouri shall be charged the current sales tax rate of the 'delivery to' zipcode.
Retail orders delivered to any address outside the State of Missouri are not charged sales taxes.
Ship Out & Turn Around Time
Due to the nature of our many handcreated pieces, the turn around time for each item you order will vary. If the artist has the piece in stock, it will ship quickly. If the artist has to create the piece, the turn around time will be longer. The turn around times vary from artist to artist.
We guarantee, none of our pieces will ship out any later than 6 weeks from the date on which you place the order, and in most cases the ship out time will be shorter.
Keep in mind that you are most likely ordering a one of a kind or a limited edition piece, which is what makes this item so exceptional and desirable. If a six week turn around is neccesary, it will be worth the wait!
Be assured, we ship as quickly as possible and many items ship the same day they are ordered.

Standard Packaging is a gloss black paperboard jewelry box with cotton fill and sheer color ribbon tie. Standard packaging is free (included with your jewelry order).

Message Card - A complimentary gift card may be included with your purchase. Compose a message, enter the text in the box provided on each item description page and we will hand write your personal message on the back of the gift card.

Limited Edition Collections
There may be instances when the limited editions on our website and in our catalog have sold out. If you have interest in a limited edition piece, contact us. We may be able to offer another run of the limited edition.
One Of A Kind Jewelry
In the case of one of a kind jewelry pieces created by the Bezs or other artists represented by Bez Fine Jewelry, we offer only one of any piece with this "one of a kind" designation. When it is sold, it is gone forever. As these pieces sell, you will find notification of this on our website.
If you have interest in a specific one of a kind piece that has sold before you've had the chance to purchase it, please contact us. Depending on the availability of the jewelry materials, it may be possible to create an additional design for the collection you are interested in.
(This option is available, only if the collection is still active and has not been retired).
International Orders
OVERSEAS ORDERS, TARIFFS, FEES
Additional shipping charges and applicable tariffs and duties apply to all orders shipped outside of the United States. Shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card or pay-pal order. NOTE: Shipping charges for overseas delivery will be more than domestic fees.
You will be responsible for any import tariffs and duties required by your country.
Bez! Fine Art Jewelry will not charge your credit card for tariffs and duties.
International orders are shipped via US Post Office, using either Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail, depending on the weight and value of the package.
PAYMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bez! Fine Art Jewelry accepts payment for international orders only by credit card or pay-pal. We will ship order when your payment deposits into our banking account.
NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to be familiar with import restrictions on any types of merchandise. It is also the customer's responsibility to be familiar with any USA export restrictions of merchandise to their country.

Because of the wide-spread fraud in international orders, we reserve the right to refuse to ship orders to specific countries. These include, but are not limited to:
